Future Content

Work and a couple of other things have meant I've failed at the "one blogpost a week" plan.  

I hope to make up for it between now and when the Formula 1 starts up again.

The traditional yearly round up of the films I've seen the cinema (only 9 this year), a couple of film reviews, and tidying up some outstanding projects from this year, including the Benford's Law project (no I hadn't forgotten it), the final diagram for the Men's Rugby League World Cup, a series of diagrams for the Women's Rugby League World Cup (I'd do it for the wheelchair World Cup but I do not have the data) and something for the women's Tour de France.

Blog Housekeeping

I try to post once a week, real life allowing.  For the next couple of weeks, posts will be more frequent than that because of the Tour de France and the Women's Euros.  After that, it will calm down again until the Rugby League (men's, women's and wheelchair) and Football World Cups.

There will be a delay to the Rugby World Cup Network Visualisation

Because I am going on holiday the day after the squads are announced, and will not be back for at least a week.  Sorry about that!

Blog Update

Unfortunately, I have no internet connection at home, and probably won't have until the middle of November.

The main thing I'm missing is the ability to edit Wikipedia. At some point the giant secret data visualisation project turned into a giant secret data visualisation and Wikipedia improvement project.  This is at least partly due to poor data quality and non-updated Wikipedia articles.  There will be more details when I finally finish the giant secret data visualisation project.  At this point that looks to be some time shortly before doomsday.

Other than that, I've got a few blog posts lined up.  They cover travelling, film and science stuff rather than sport.  Although I do have one American football post lined up.
